1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between c66zz ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the c66zz website at https://c66zz.io and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the c66zz Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the c66zz Platform.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior terms and conditions published by c66zz. c66zz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the c66zz Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. c66zz operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering or using any c66zz service.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming platforms in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law.
• You must not have been previously excluded from c66zz, whether voluntarily via the self-exclusion tool or by c66zz administrative action.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account as an agent, representative, or nominee.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

c66zz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and, where applicable, withholding of withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of c66zz services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one c66zz account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. c66zz employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your account profile is true, accurate, and not misleading. Any attempt to register using false details, including fictitious names, borrowed identity documents, or incorrectly stated dates of birth, is a material violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Bangladesh law.

3.3 Account Verification

c66zz may require you to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your c66zz account login credentials, including your username and password. c66zz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your c66zz account.
• You must notify c66zz immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• c66zz will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from c66zz asking for your password is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

c66zz accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.

5. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the c66zz Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c66zz accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay (UCB), Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank online banking, and other bank transfer methods as listed in the c66zz cashier at the time of deposit.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed in the c66zz cashier at the time of deposit. c66zz reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with or without notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your c66zz wallet instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time business days to clear. c66zz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Funds Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your c66zz account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud and money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time via the c66zz cashier. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not completed the full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, withdrawals will be held pending completion of that process.
• c66zz aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6). Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.
• c66zz reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified.

c66zz is not responsible for delays in funds reaching your payment account that are caused by the payment processor, mobile banking operator, or your bank. Once funds have been dispatched from c66zz, the responsibility for timely delivery passes to the payment intermediary.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

c66zz may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, seasonal offers (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season promotions), and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are classified as non-withdrawable.

7.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have an expiry date after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once are considered abuse of the promotion system and are a breach of these Terms.

7.4 Abuse and Fraud

c66zz monitors all bonus activity for evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of technical errors, creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus abuse"), and use of bots or automated tools. c66zz reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where such activity is identified.

8. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting markets available on c66zz, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, bilateral tours), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sports offered:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. A confirmed bet slip constitutes a binding wager at the stated odds.
• c66zz reserves the right to restrict, limit, or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as professional or sharp bettors.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, c66zz reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet was already settled.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned or insufficient overs are bowled to constitute an official result under the relevant tournament's rules, c66zz will settle bets in accordance with the rules of the specific market as described in the c66zz help centre.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. c66zz accepts no liability for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The maximum payout per single bet and per accumulator is subject to per-sport and per-market limits published in the c66zz help centre and updated periodically.

9. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on c66zz — including live dealer tables, video slots, instant games (Fruit Shop, Color Game), and specialty games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as defined by the game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). In the event of a conflict between the game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permissible.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all casino games are set by the respective game providers and are disclosed within the individual game's help or information section. c66zz does not adjust or interfere with the RTP settings of any game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — the round will be considered void and any stake placed for that round will be returned to the player's wallet. 10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c66zz Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live dealer games, sports betting pools, or any other game format.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering and fraud.
• Using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location or identity.
• Making chargebacks, disputed payment claims, or payment reversals against legitimate c66zz transactions. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended immediately and all outstanding balances will be withheld pending resolution.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps from your account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the c66zz Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any c66zz content without prior written consent from c66zz.

13. Privacy & Data

c66zz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering on c66zz, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c66zz implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect all personal and financial data transmitted to and from the Platform. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and c66zz cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c66zz's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your c66zz account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c66zz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if c66zz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

c66zz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. c66zz makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

c66zz reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, c66zz will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, c66zz may also notify registered players by email or via an in-account notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the c66zz Platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact c66zz to close your account.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law as applicable to online gaming platforms operating internationally and serving Bangladeshi players.

c66zz makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
